The station accommodates Medic 21, Medic 22, the Command truck, and the main office. It also features a spacious training room utilized for various purposes, including on duty crew training, quarterly training sessions, and community CPR classes.

The service area encompasses the city of Marble Falls, Meadowlakes, and Burnet County. Ambulances operate in collaboration with Marble Falls Fire Rescue and Marble Falls Volunteer Fire Department to provide comprehensive emergency medical services to the community.
